A countrified wedding in the heart of the Urban landscape. This real wedding photographed by Paola De Paola Photography is a wonderful example of how to shoot a relaxed London wedding.
Introduced by a mutual friend it was pretty much love at first sight for Beth and Antonio who were married at The Windmill on the Common, Clapham. Despite being situated in Southwest London, this wedding day had a unique country feel to it. A venue that is interesting because of its eclecticism, it made the friends and family feel at ease. And situated close to home it made it easy to welcome the guest of honour, Benny the pug.
The wedding planning was very much led by Beth & Antonio who avoided the peer pressure often applied to weddings. They managed to exhibit their own personalities, from a love of travelling which formed part of the wedding theme to the wedding dress inspired by a 1960’s Italian actress style, very Sophia Loren.
