Spanish 002

The first time that we came across The Kensington Roof Gardens was Sarah & John’s wedding, shot by Lucy Davenport. What was striking about this venue is that the Spanish garden had a Moorish feel to it, giving a destination wedding vibe smack bang in the middle of London.

The vibrant colours of the pink flamingos, painted walls and the beautiful flowers scream summer wedding but it doesn’t stop there. The Roof Gardens still present a splendid sight in the winter – and there is an indoor area too.

I’m not talking about a rotten old shed or a greenhouse in the corner, The Kensington Roof Gardens offer some stunning spaces including the Babylon, but don’t take our word for it, you can check out the place for yourself on the 18th October.

Wedding Showcase.18.10

The Kensington Roof Gardens have a fab events team who are always on hand but Off To Wed recommend that you check out their wedding showcase this October. As well as hosting some of London’s leading wedding experts sharing ideas about flowers, honeymoons, entertainment and more, The Roof Gardens will be handing out champagne and canapés and we hear that they’re also going to have some kind of extra surprises and mystery treats.

This event is going to be quite popular so call or email ahead to reserve entrance by Friday 10 October, you’ll also be able to take up to two friends to share the fun.
